Artesia, NM— PVT has been made aware of a new phishing scam targeting PVT customers. This scam attempts to lure customers to a fraudulent web site to input personal information and/or download virus infected programs.
PVT will never ask for your personal or account information by email.
If you receive an email asking for your personal or account information from someone claiming to be
from PVT, you should delete it immediately.
If you have received an email with this scam and clicked on the link, please call PVT immediately at 575-
748-1241 to have us reset your password to prevent potential fraud.
PVT takes your account security very seriously. To that end, we do shut down email accounts that have not been active for an extended period of time. This prevents customers from having their inactive email accounts abused by scammers. We do not need you to give us your personal information to do this.
