Happy New Year to our incredible cooperative family! As we step into 2025, we want to celebrate the accomplishments we achieved together in 2024 and share exciting plans for the year ahead.
We’ve been hard at work completing the initial build of several key locations, laying the groundwork to better serve our members. In this coming year, we’re thrilled to complete fiber upgrades, which will bring faster, more reliable internet to members. For many, this means a leap forward from copper DSL to a world-class fiber network. You will also see us starting major fiber builds in the beginning of the year to the Mayhill, Cottonwood, Hondo and Lakewood Exchanges, which will bring fiber to 1,700 locations.
Through all this, we have been stewards of our members, as we know rising costs have been tough for everyone. Inflation has driven up costs for groceries, gas, and even daily necessities like eggs and milk. But through it all, our cooperative has stayed focused on delivering better services, making ongoing improvements, and ensuring that you’re equipped with the best tools for staying connected while making sure that any cost increases for our members are small, if at all.
These upgrades are about more than just keeping pace—they’re about taking bold steps forward. From streaming and gaming to running your business or attending virtual classes, our network is designed to meet the needs of today and tomorrow.
